Boris, 0:57 wasn't real kvass, that was a kind-of kvass(don't know how to translate). There are only a few real kvass's around now.(Like ulmaņlaiku/maybe iļguciema). The 5th,6th kvass were real kvass but the 7th one was a kind-of kvass with honey. Also you've gotta spell shashlik in latvian, which is šašļiks - look that up, maybe in plural(šašļiki) and there are definitely some places with shaslik in them.
