The people of (Dubai specifically) largely are all very nice and kind, it's unlikely that someone who isn't disabled would be rude enough to park in a disabled spot, however the problem of this country lies in its government and higher class and companies, not it's working class and just common people (but also a lot of the people living in other places in the UAE that are less tourism oriented, i.e ajman are very rude, bigoted etc especially locals bc they are all treated like royalty here)

It's not only because of the huge awareness campaigns they have about handicapped parking, they have zero tolerance for parking in it, it's financial fine, black points on license and the car will be towed away and impounded immediately, and the likelyhood of that happening is very high, if you park there for half an hour I would say there is 100% chance you will come out and not find your car there.

@@LtLukoziuz Yeah, I think Boris is fine. Estonia is far from Ukraine, and a NATO member. I'm sure there's nothing in Estonia that Putin wants bad enough he would attack a NATO member to get it.
