Hi I'm Loui! I am an adventurer at heart who loves to share every step of the way. My travels so far ,via camper van, jeep camper, and foot, have taken me all over North America. I started this channel in 2019 in hopes of inspiring other people like me who didn't exactly grow up living an adventurous lifestyle and who might be afraid to get started on their own adventures. I met a women in florida who is the top real estate agent in a particular rich county. She makes $50-70k a month off of deals and let me tell you. She was so depressed and robotic she had two drinks and went on a weird rant on how she works 24/7 7 days a week and not to do what she does cuz it isn't worth it but it pays for her family and her house. It's not for everyone. Us adventurers value our feelings over monetary wealth and that's perfectly fine.

Loved this; one of the greatest lessons I’ve learned as a 30 something woman is that societal expectations of how I should live my life aren’t my business. Spent years thinking I had to be in a relationship, get married, have kids etc. I love kids but I know I don’t want to be a parent, and don’t really care to be in a relationship either. Once I stopped caring about expectations put on women I started to just enjoy single life, living alone, putting my energy into my close circle of friends and my family. If the desire to have those things ever changes then I’ll follow that feeling, but it hasn’t for many years now and there’s nothing wrong with that. Live your life for you! Also, in this economy and housing crisis, living in your car is just SMART. Glad you’ve figured out what you want and how to do it!

As an immigrant the most bizarre thing is seeing all the American women saying exactly the same thing - that they are going to "reject" what society expects of them by being little revolutionaries, "strong and independent". Education and career instead of the slavery of being a wife and mother. But this is exactly the incessant propaganda American culture is preaching to them. Getting married and having children as a teenager like I did would be the rejection of the cultural zeitgeist in America. I LOVED keeping a home and caring for my family and I took nothing but vicious verbal abuse from American women for it. How shameful it was to depend on a man. How I never "made anything" of myself. In one sentence I was this poor ignorant sub-human that didn't know any better and the next sentence just a dirty prostitute. It's crazy seeing all the girls following the cultural norms but insisting they are rejecting them. It's like a cult where they have memorized their propaganda lines, but are incapable of seeing their hypocrisy. And being debt-free with a paid off home while investing in stocks, US Treasuries, real estate, and precious metals is a lot smarter than living in a car.

I’ve been living in my SUV since January. One major thing I’ve been trying to figure out lately is how to reduce my daily chores. Things like Solar & cooking…I’ve just been trying to to figure out some systems to reclaim my time so I can focus on things that are not basic survival.

I can understand why you quit, and yes inflation kills a lot of adventures. My condolences on your loss, and you definitely have to have a strong mental fortitude to be able to deal with most things that come a long with living on the road. Being on the road and trying to grieve is kinda like running away from it, yes you have time to think about it, but you have so much on your mind when you're trying to concentrate on where to go and what to do.

There's a video here on KZbin it's 37 minutes long the guy in the thumbnails got on a red Hawaiian shirt. It has helped me more in the last 2 years manifest the things in my life that I want than anything I've ever heard listen to Red or watched. Sorry to hear about your dad just know that at your happiest moments when you're at your highest vibration the veil is the thinnest. When you're down and grieving you're nowhere near the frequency where he is. People who are mediums and such vibrate at a very high frequency which is how they're able to connect with those on the other side. But you'll be more able to hear and feel him when you're not down and sad.

im a new sub love your life style and videos, i am a full time firefighter with 10 years left till retirement and ill be hitting the road to explore the country full time, living here in Louisiana nothing to do around here i cant wait to leave and go explore. right now i do landover trips in my jeep to feed my wants to explore, but im thinking just look for week long part time jobs stay in that area for the week and work then move to next area. keep money in your pockets while moving. you are smart and beautiful and the videos are great.

hope you stay living on the go im soon to follow the dream but get off the north area come down the mid west / south area cheaper cheap everything gas food everything and more ppl are nice friendly and jobs are easy to find an make fast money work few weeks n then hit the road praying for your family iknow what its like losing mom / dad dealt with my moms passing for two years and its getting better an your right youll wont get over it but your on the right road hope to see / meet you someday on the trails keep that pup happy they will take care of us more then anything or one dogs are the best

Loui, good on you…perhaps spend part of the year developing your property then get away for camping therapy and camping therapy can happen 50 miles from home or less. People are supper over extended in these inflationary times. But investments in your property will always return. Keep up the good battle, you are young, intelligent and well prepared….take along a drawing pad, water color paints or an old mechanical camera. Think through every photograph, don’t make snapshots….make images and they will become significant. You could be a modern Dorothea Lang, or Emily Carr…. You are the artist. Btw, say hi to Foresty Forest!

100 mile week is a good plan and sometimes even fewer miles if you can hike and bike to explore! I’ve been out camping since May, although I still work part time online. I’ve never heard of connect ten does it still need a cellular signal? Starlink has been a game changer after hot spotting on Verizon for years, allowing me to stay put in remote areas.

Last winter I was in Lake Havasu on BLM land in my van BUT I got I got so sick and tired of all the off road vehicles. Jeeps and all those big ATV's and dirt bikes. The disrespect, pure thoughtlessness of most of them. I don't believe I am going back this winter. I cannot ski anymore so being in Steamboat and a lifelong skier is difficult. Lol, the only reason to be in Steamboat in the winter is winter sports but think I am staying just to avoid off roaders.
