Your tips are excellent!! I spent 35 years as a hairdresser, nail tech, esthetician, massage therapist and instructor. One thing I always teach my students and tell my clients, if you “no show” me, you don’t get a refund, you don’t get your service, and I’ll never seat them again. Now, this is minus a serious incident, death, accident, things like that. But if they just blow me off, I’m through for good. It stopped people no showing me. It sets the expectation for you as the professional and them as the client.

I love her positivity and inspiration being back in the community that provides. I really wish there were more options years ago. I was not treated well with the Operator back in the day. They were rude and catered to a type. I honestly stopped going because of feeling under appreciated when I tipped well. I was having that lame language barrier exude bc all money green not mattered the c of hand giving it.

I can’t defend them against defamation if it’s true.🤷🏽♀️. I have patronized a few shops and was able to have a meeting of the mind and was given what I requested. Conversely the same technician would hand me over to the fresh in trainee. Their was subpar because they all knew one or two shapes or bead placement. That paint was 🔥🔥🔥though 🤣

I'm not sure how long you been doing nails girl but you got it down. Not very many people know about these steps and it's good that you're putting it out there because all of us nail techs need to stick together. I was told a couple times by a couple people that I charged too much so they would go to the local Vietnamese nail shop get their nails done a couple weeks later be back to me and asking if I can do their nails because they did this or they did that or they did so and so and the nails didn't last time or they were cut and they were basic designs. Now they're my clients and they figured it out real quick. Keep up the good work and I'ma continue to watch all your videos boo 💅🔥❤

BlvckSimba girl same! Don’t feel bad! I’ve been doing nails for almost a year now and I’m still trying to get it right. What works for me is the 3 ball method. Starting in the middle of the nail creating a big enough bead to cover the lower half (if that makes sense) & then applying a medium size bead above the first bead, and then applying a smaller to medium bead bead the cuticle. Hope this helps!

Im a beginner nail tech, started in march i just got it to where my nails have lasted a month no lifting ive even recently did my 1st refill on myself. 1st you want to make sure before you put on the nail tip get rid OF ALL natural shine on the nail we want that nail ashy lol. 2. Make sure when you glue the tip there is NO AIR BUBBLES main cause of lifting rock that nail on good no air. 3. Blend the nail & tip good needs to be smooth! 4. Build a nice apex with the acrylic! So far doing those things ive had no issues with lifting
