@apocalypsebandit70233 жыл бұрын
All judges (especially if the judge's comments are correct) are expected to maintain decorum and refrain from insulting either party, it's against professional conduct to name call anyone during a session. As in this case the inappropriate comment that was referred to here was calling both sides 'idiots' multiple times. It may seem small but it is a part of court ethics to refrain from name-calling as I said for any given reason.

Good to hear that the judge got reprimanded. He instigated that entire thing. Being in court is already stressful and he’s going to insult them and then tell them if anyone says anything to defend themselves against him, they go to jail? Gross.

Joint custody ish. If she was holding the child from the father, why get mad that they both get equal time with the child. Sounds like she lost her “powers “, and someone is upset 😂. Why would you even condone such behavior. No morals.

Did you hear this guys, a mother assults several police officers, swears at the judge, screams in the court room (all in front of the judge ) and, wait for it, still gets 50 custody of her child. I love family court. If a man would have done that he would never get custody, you know why? Because he would be in freaking jail for 5 years!

2:05 There are many mothers who honestly Don't want fathers to have any kind of legal custody of the children, especially when she knows he wants to be a father to his child! Bitter baby mothers is a reality & a serious problem for men that no one wants to talk about! Why is she so furious about joint custody? Isn't it his child too? She just wants child support from him without him having any real time with his child without her approval! So, she thinks she basically owns the child, & the father should only get the time with his child that she allows him to have! Insane deal for men & it has to STOP 🛑
@YaYa-zm3wu3 жыл бұрын
The sad thing is the mother was probably telling the truth and the father remained calm because he wasn't invested...I'm not sure why the even grabbed the brother, but when chaos ensues it can be hard to sort through things...Sad story, maybe they will be able to put things to the side and focus on the baby...

Well if he wasn't invested he would have not went for custody. I have a sneaky suspicion the father stayed calm because he knew her behavior and she would look utterly crazy (which she did) when she didn't get her own way.
