On very hard the entire Greece turns into battle royale when civil war starts, my vassals are getting declared on nonstop

@@shmekelfreckles8157 That type of AI behavior should be more common in the more advanced difficulties but not with Normal and certainly not Easy.

Yes but the units are mainly gained through the Court recruitment actions. So basically it's doable as long as you enable all game features from Turn 1.
