2:57:33 Would a change to the eldar index, like the below, improve things or be over powered: Army rule (loose Stands of Fate) Battle focus: all units can do one of the following each friendly turn: -Advance and charge -Advance and shoot -Shoot and then move D6, cannot charge after doing such an ability Dice being used as a part of the movement element for the battle focus ability cannot be rerolled. Loose the unparalleled foresite detachment rule and the Stands of fate rules become the detachment rules. Of course: Fire and Fade and Matchless agility stratagems would need to change or be replaced. Would this improve things or make the worse?
