I have been waiting for this ever since you dropped you would be putting it out. This was quiet fascinating and enjoyable. You always help with filling in the blanks and making the Toaru franchise more understandable and relatable. When mixing fact and fiction is really paints a picture that one can digest and actually suspend belief to a point that you can actually believe the possibilities of the world that is being created. The sheer amount of time and information is really impressive and i can only imagine the amount of effort, research and time that went into projects like this one. This was an outstanding video and very entertaining. I will be saving this and watching it again later, probably a few times at least to get a better grasp and understanding of certain aspects of the franchise. I look forward to seeing more of this unveiled and the world building that comes with it. Definitely worth having a separate saved videos playlist where I could string the whole story universe together like that. I tip my hat to you good sir.

I swear, Toaru is arguably one of the most wack & bonkers anime franchised ever exist that even made shows like Jojo & Baki look tame in comparasion. Like okay, when it first came out it kinda make senses with the whole sciences vs magic side stuff going on. But then as time when on we got our character fighting even the lights of Angel & Gods that you can think off. (One chapter has the main antagonist pretty much resetting the world with eases). And the recent Genesis Testament story seems to just get crazier as time went on.

the number of times Toaru refers to the real world Aleister's activities is so cool. Kamachi really did his research. i'd like to see him explore voodoo at some point too, as there are entities in it known as Lwa or Loa that would make for some really interesting characters, like the guardian/guide Papa Legba, or Baron Samedi, the Loa of the dead... or even Erzuli Dantor, the Loa of love.

9:22 Isn't that St. George's right arm(possibly previous user of Imagine Breaker)? I mean like, there are similarities to how Touma loses his memory by St. George's Dragon Strike(equivalent but due to the figure being feathers, I would theorize that this would be one of the dragons that didn't mention and Touma's Dragon strike[Deep blood]) 12:10 In 1907, Aleister Crowley's 2nd daughter was born named Lola Zaza Crowley. This is the point that it's either that Index is Lola or Lola is a ancestor of Index somehow.

He noticed Etzali used a different set of laws to him in Index III/OT15. Aiwass also hinted to him about its existence in their fight. During the WWIII arc, he used the magic parchment to use a spell to save Last Order. Again he didn't know what it was fully, that is until NT2 where Leivinia Birdway explains it to him.

Wait. If the gemstones came first while magic came after. Doesn’t that mean AIM fields were the first phases or something that inspired the phases? And since Magic relies on idol theory. Wouldn’t that mean it works by making something so similar to an ‘idol’ that you share its view of laws / their personal reality? In fact if it works like that, then it would explain why Magic and Espers don’t mix. Cause you’re trying to share someone else’s phase/AIM field / view of reality inside your own hard coded one. As a result. They clash, ripping the person who attempted it apart from the inside.

I love index lore but one pet pieve I have is the choice to have Academy City as the only place to successfully create espers. I think its a weird worldbuilding choice that only makes the world feel smaller and less interesting.

@@natanielflores8141 Academy Could Still be the top superpower technology wise. And it doesn't mean that other espers would have to be of the same quality of the ones in academy city. Say for, example, only Academy City has been able to produce level 5 espers. Or Since other countries don't know as much they aren't able to produce nearly as many espers, so there aren'y any academy city equivalents anywhere else. And besides, Academy city doesn't have to be special in its own world for us to care about it. Academy City is special because it is where all of the characters we care about live, and because we have grown familiar with it over the course of the series.
