Aerial Semi and Frontswing Raiz Tutorial

Finally my knee could handle this without pain so I could do the highly requested tutorial on it. It's been almost 4 months off my menisqus surgery now. The knee is still not perfect but the fact that it can handle stuff like this again is just awesome to me. I will get this the frontswing raiz better soon! That pesky right arm :P

An additional tip for Aerial Semi: (in relation to left twisting) Crossing the left leg over the right one just before landing the helps a lot to give the best direction of swing out of it.

very good breakdown!! this is exactly how i learned it through a websterish ariel and slowly cleaned it up and i couldn't explain it at all. do you have any tips on how to ariel front swing tornado or 9? i find it really hard because im used to raiz.

Tip would be to land chest up, a little learned back and keeping it up when swining. Thanks!

I'd say a webster is at least a lot easier to lern than this and it might be hard to learn this without it.

If you understand the hip rotation then sure you don't need to have webster.
