BANGALORE IS INDEED A VERY SPECIAL CITY... LOOK AT ALL THOSE GREEN SPACES IN BETWEEN...MANY FOREIGN CITIES ARE PACKED WITH BUILDINGS BUT IF YOU OBSERVE CLOSELY BANGALORE HAS ALMOST SAME AREA OF GREEN SPACE AND BUILDINGS.. NO WONDER THIS CITY IS CALLED A GARDEN CITY.

Regulation of private layouts is a must I guess. I'm with these developers doing business but planning authorities should atleast make some minimum rules on like greenery and width of roads and do their best by building public infra. Most of the newly developed developed Suburbs especially in South East doesn't even have wide enough arterial roads.

Because they built Ring Road in neighboring districts. We too could build RR in Dobbaspete, Anekal, Magadi, Malur. Other than that, same size. Hyderabad is copy paste of Bangalore in many aspects. Even their town planning follows so much from Bangalore (they have a Bangalore stidy department).
