Absolutely - doesnt always work that way - my feet and ankles seem to be suffering - need to some more of those ankle strength exercises!

I love the mutants grip for the winter on the North Downs, I also love the lacing and tongue, but for me they rub the bone on the outside of my ankle... I like the idea of the fartleks, how fast do you do them?? thanks for sharing!

Liking the grips but not liking the lack of cushion. Check my Strava for times but about 3:30 - 3:50 when I’m shifting. Depends on terrain - super quick shoe though 💥💥💥
