Thank you so much. I obtained the certificate for ETM level 2 finally because of your vdo, teaching points , and etc. u make it look so simple to follow. Thank you so much and keep doing more vdos. I d think if you have an online teaching vdos for ETM students in a more details you can make it an online course for them to prep for their assesment. It would work. You are an excellent teacher.

@AdrianDixonFitness you are definitely going to thrive if you have those vdos available for students who are lost like me. Adding certain amount of live class for the group(who pays) in the course will definitely help as well. Anyway, you are on points in all aspects of ..train the trainers.

Pas facile mais pas trop dur niveau intermédiaire parfait chorographie fun et dynamique et bien explique.Il y a beaucoup de cours sur internet mais il ne sont pas toujours bon. Celui ci est un bon cours merci de pouvoir le faire a la maison et s eclater.🤗💜👍

J adore ce cours je le fais régulièrement tous les 2 jours le niveau et parfait pour moi💙.L autre cours intermédiaire low impact est plus dur( très bien aussi) mais plus dur en chorégraphie donc demande beaucoup plus d effort pour moi et me donne mal au dos💥.J ai du arrêter le step a cause de mon dos je fais 30 minutes par jour de stretch mais ca ne suffit pas.Ah il faut faire les cours par rapport a son age et a sa forme.Peut être pourriez vous faire un autre cours de low impact du même niveau.MERCI encore pour vos super cours Brillant Perfect Hello , bye bye i you there?😀😉😛,on rigole bien avec vous tout en travaillant son corps.👋 THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!!!!!🖤🤍💛💕

This was absolutely brilliant, thank you for posting. Tunes were great, speed was good( faster faster lol). My online class provider has stopped with choreographed step so your classes are even more valuable to me now at getting some proper cardio sessions in that challenge my addled brain 😂
