I still cannot get over how amazingly strong and flexible you are at 67 years old! You are such an inspiration. Living with arthritis is no fun for me but I do feel better after using my Aeropilates machine. Thank you Marjolein!

xylitol: in a lot of sports drink and mixes, too. causes necrosis of the liver in dogs so no sharing with canine friends.

Please don’t have xylitol around your pets. It is deadly for dogs even in small amounts.
