I have a brother who is gifted in this way. I can tell you that in playing the music there is very little thinking, just playing. There is a connection between what she hears in her head and the keys that she strikes. In effect the music pours from her fingers spontaneously without even having to think about it. If she is like my brother, she can hear it once and then play it. It’s a miraculous thing to behold.

I was aware of music but this is the first song that reached out and grabbed me. I was 11 years old. I went out bought the album. I wasn't aware of everything in the world, too me the song was a new release. I listened to it over and over for years. I Absolutely loved listening too this. I certainly listen too this repeatedly. I come back to listen to this because it is Gamazda's "Dream On" on piano like no other... when the concert was ending, everyone was rushing for the gate to beat the heavy traffic of 40,000 people at the concert. Aerosmith was playing an encore of this song ,'"dream on". The irony of this song playing and what I what I saw, will haunt me all of my life . As the song played, and the crowd thinned, a scene opened up that looked like the civil war. Hundreds upon hundreds of kids were lying on the ground, I didnt know if they were passed out from alcohol or drugs or DOA. Frantically going from kid to kid trying to check for a pulse. One man had his neck slit from ear to ear, I remembered seeing that guy fighting over Ted Nugents guitar when Ted broke it in half and threw it into the audience. . He was dead. Most people never see the horrible aftermath of a concert. The horrible condition of our youth and country. It truelly is a Civil War. As I saw the band Aerosmith drive off in their huge expensive tour bus, I wondered if they shouldnt be helping me pick up the bodies. And at least making sure those people made it home to their parents. It changed the course of my life. Its not enough just to write the wonderful music, come play it for people and to hell with the aftermath. They need to clean up after the concerts. I before idolized the bands like everyone else. But reality woke me up to the cold truth. These 200-300 kids lying on the ground, are the cost of freedom.P.S. Gamazda plays it better that Aerosmith!!!
