There was no need for this band to find a kid on KZbin to replace their singer with a blown out voice. Steven carried this show for 50 years. What a legend! What a band! They will always be cool. Even in retirement.

@@jaxflfreebird the stampede is the rodeo and the suicide race. The suicide race is where riders on horses go down a steep hill into the Okanogan river, across the River up into the rodeo arena to win $10,000. Very dangerous. Allot of the riders drink before hand. The Native American put up teepees and have their traditional dances and drum circles. You have a carnival with rides for the kids and lots of booths for food, games, souvenirs etc……

They played the best songs on the first album, most of Get Your Wings, and introduced Toys and of course played it all. That show is burned into my minds eye since. Best Rock Concert I have ever seen and that is saying something today because I'm 66 and have worked in live entertainment entire life and fell in a bucket of shit as a very young 20 year old man and got to run a theatre stage that was pumping rock shows in like crazy. I saw ACDC in all forms. On that stage on their first USA tour as a headliner. Talked to Angus and showed him how to get to the balcony and back through fire escapes and blocked some doors for him. Priest, UFO and so many more.

I applaud his decades of vocal prowess. And i applaud going out with a bang, instead of being like Stephen Pearcy, Sebastian Bach, Axl Rose, Brett Michaels, Vince Neil, David Coverdale, and so many others who’ve outlived their sell by date.

They’re saying this is the concert that he blew his vocal cord out. Can’t sing for at least the next 30 days 🤦‍♀️ I honestly hope he recovers. They said he was spitting up blood afterwards. If he was in any pain he hid it really well. This would be such a sad way for them to end such an historical career 😔

66 yrs young. I’ve seen you guys 4 times. My first time hearing an Aerosmith song I was hooked. You will always be my favorite! Time to write books, songs for others to perform and to TEACH the world

Saw the kickoff PO tour Sept. 2 2023 @ Philadelphia Wells Fargo center. I cant even explain how good they were. Tyler sounded exceptional. He was playful and in a good mood. He was pissed at the sound guy lol. Little did I know I saw one of their last performances. It was on my birthday too. Long live Aerosmith in our hearts and memories. No one can even come close to them.

This hits hard. In the mid 70's I got my first "stereo" system from Radio Shack and after I set it up I turned the FM dial to KMET Los Angeles and the first two songs I heard were Bad Co "Can't get Enough" and Aerosmith "Sweet Emotion". Blew me away and I've never forgotten that moment.
