Aes Rock is unmatched. One of my all time favorite MCs. SO much music over the years at this point. Nobody else writes like Ian. I was introduced to him as 'Ian', not Aesop by a mutal friend at another friend's hiphop show yeara back when he had moved to Cali.. I happend to be wearing an Aesop Rock - Labor Days T-shirt underneath my hoodie but he seemed kinda shy...nobody mentioned that he was Aesop Rock... so my scaredy ass played it chill and kept my hoodie over his shirt I was wearing all night. He seemed shy and I got too shy to fan boy on his ass. Shook hands and said what's up tho. He is shy af on stage too, he's gotten over it mostly but he used to look away from the crowd when he spit.

I've known about Aes for quite a number of years, but after this song dropped, I was like "hell yeah, this my sht!". Now he's all I listen to. Not good, in the social sense. I think I'd have an easier time talking to aliens than regular ass people. Dunno if you heard it yet, but I highly recommend Atmosphere - Barcade (feat Aesop & MF DOOM)
