Went to his bandcamp and read the album entry. Is it just me, or did he get heavily influenced by the Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy series, when writing this album. El-P just has the illest flows, because they interact with these absolutely mad beats. Also, there are so many El-Ps: Company-Flow-El-P, Solo-El-P, RTJ-El-P and it always sounds completely different, hell even from project to project he reinvents himself. Aesop Rock does not switch it up that much. Like sonically I am not surprised how he sounds on this. Maybe that's just my personal preference though.
