Hayley. So let's say person 1 attacks person 2 on a busy road. Person 3 4 5 etc all see it. That's affray and not assault?

both. they assaulted the person and committed affray due to reasonable people going wtf let's get away from that violence.

The police should not be allowed out. When I see them I am afraid, this is following many personal experiences, and seeing them attack innocent people on you tube.
