This is really a gold video. The changes in the support of foreign forces, the fall and rise of the Taliban forces, and the changes in the forces of the Islamic State in Afghanistan are very impressive to me, and they are very clear and detailed. And from this video, I saw many armed groups and forces that I had never heard of before. This is a amazing video and worth tons of views...

great video and one of the best out there, however the insurgencies are overly exaggerated, esp in pakistan and in post aug15-2021 afghanistan. the nrf territory sources are all eventually based on unverified tweets (ive been watching the situation from the start), ISKP having any territory at all is debatable to begin with, let alone claims of such vast expansion of control. and a friend from pakistan confirms that he and people whom he knows went to some of the so called insurgent controlled areas before and that theyre not insurgent controlled at all, even in kpk. also eastern and southern-central punjab is flat so having insurgencies there is almost impossible. and the so called taliban splinter groups post 2021? they dont even exist. there isnt a tajik taliban organization, other than a dubious claim of a TALIBAN SPONSORED group on the borders of tajikistan. uzbek taliban? the reality is that a taliban commander of uzbek ethnicity was detained for 1 month upon criminal charges (just like any state does, doesnt mean any state that detains commanders are having civil wars!) then was released when he was found not guilty upon investigation, at best there was protests at one district and thats it, and the protests only lasted for like a week at most.

The video was great, but it has many mistakes, the rebel groups in Pakistan do not control all this territory, the insurgency against the Taliban and ISIS does not have such large areas in Afghanistan as shown in the video, Russia, Central Asia countries, Saudi Arabia and Qatar are neutral during the Afghan War (2001-2021).
@ludbwkx Жыл бұрын

There might be a kind of influence of the militants in Pakistani territory but there is no way that the militants control that kind of land area in 2023 - Armed forces wiped them out in 2 largest operations carried out nearly 50 years after the last India-Pakistan war in 1971 (Operation Zarb e Azb, Operation Radd ul fasad)
@tp_exe6 ай бұрын
Operation Zarb e Azb, and Operation Radd ul Fasad respectively in 2014 and 2017 secured the Durand line or Border with Afghanistan by eliminating any terrorist activities and threat... The amount of instability and terrorist activities shown in video of Pakistan is incorrect however the video is very detailed and covers mostly everything!

please stop historicizing at the beginning of the video, this applies to every mapmaker on the website. its cringeworthy to see which amateurish historigraphical simplifications you subscribe to. the often unsound pophistory or the wikipedia leanings shines through in a lot of the vids. we dont need it. (this is not directed at the text for this particular video, i've just been meaning to say it to whomever it concerns for some time).
@Catani992 жыл бұрын
Context is important. A brief historical introduction isn’t an ‘amateurish historiographical simplification’ if it’s meant to be short and simple - if you wanted an essay on the subject then pick up a book instead. The focus of the video is the map, with the historical context at the beginning to make sense of what’s going on. Also learn capitalisation please, your grammar is ‘cringeworthy’.
