@@franki2085 they play similar to the lions and they seem to really like it. Though the lions are a better contested team and rely less on three key players. You can tag neale all you want but ashcroft, clug, zorko, dunkley, berry, bailey and rayner can all go through the midfield and impact heavily. Its a tough matchup and the swans forwards minus papley are kinda mid

Not that I'm saying with 100% certainty, that Geelong would have won the PF if they had been allowed to play THEIR home final at THEIR home ground, but the likelihood of that happening was very good, going on their record at The Cattery. But no, once more, Geelong was not allowed to play THEIR home final at THEIR home ground, even given that it is written in the by-laws somewhere that those teams in certain positions get to play a home final at THEIR home ground. In my reckoning, again, not that one can predict these things, but I'm thinking that in the 20 years or so that this policy has been in place, Geelong has been robbed of at least 2 flags, possibly more.
