America has been fighting Islamic terrorism since it's inception, US Marine Hymn "The Shores of Tripoli" Thomas Jefferson faced the ongoing threat posed by Muslim pirates, who had been receiving payments from the U.S. for protection. Jefferson believed that this practice was both ineffective and humiliating, advocating instead for a more assertive military response. In 1801, he sent a naval squadron to the Mediterranean, marking one of the first significant uses of the U.S. Navy in overseas military action. The conflict escalated into the First Barbary War (1801-1805), during which American forces engaged in several battles against the Muslim pirates backed by the Ottoman Empire.

Even if the concept of "indigenous" mattered... the so-called "Palestinians" have no history in Israel. The few who were there were brought there by the Ottoman empire in the 1920's for cheap labor. There was less than 150,000 of them in 1948 and most were allowed to stay... which is why there is 2 million Israeli Arabs who are full citizens today. The "Palestinians" did not exist before the 1960's. Gaza was controlled by Egypt until they attacked Israel and lost. Now Egypt won't take them back. So... they are more accurately called Egyptian refugees. There's a reason why they speak Arabic and not Hebrew or "Palestinian" (which never existed). Their entire "stolen land" narrative is a lie. They never owned it and have no history there.
@karenclark2662 ай бұрын
The word Palestinian means Jew in ancient Greek (rhymes with Corinthian, and there's no letter P in the Arabic language). That's why the Jerusalem Post used to be called the Palestinian Post. Palaestra means wrestler in Greek. From Jewish origin story "Jacob wrestled with angel who declared 'your name will be Is Ra El (Hebrew for "he wrestled with God"), Genesis 32-28.
@Quan-pj2dd2 ай бұрын
“P” isn’t a letter in their alphabet. The irony..

@Zebra66 Let’s be very clear, the term “Bani Israel” is very real in Islam, it refers to the genetic children of Yakub Israel (on whom be infinite peace), Ashkenazi jews are anything but that. The original authentic Israelites were/are indistinguishable from their Arab cousins, whereas Ashkenazi jews are very much NOT indigenous to the Middle East…in plain sight! They are a Central European people, originating from the Russian Steppes. This is not a personal opinion, but a historical fact. Their ancestral homeland, the Khaganate of Khazaria, is recorded in both Slavonian and Eastern history, though conveniently forgotten in the West. The historian Arthur Koestler (himself an Ashkenazi jew) discusses their origin and conversion to Judaism in his book, “The Thirteenth Tribe” and the DNA work of Eran Elhaik of John Hopkins confirms the Khazarian hypothesis of Ashkenazi jews. Scripturally (if you are religiously minded) their ancestor is “Ashkenaz” (Genesis 10:3), the family of Gomer, Tubal and Magog (1 Chronicles 1:5) and their entry into the Holy Land was prophesied in Ezekiel 39:1-2, referencing their ancestral homeland NORTH of the Holy Land, the Black Sea region of the Caucuses (Quran 18:93-94). The concept of an indigenous people DOES MATTER!
@Zebra662 ай бұрын
@naeemahmed5236 That is nonsense. Lies. Like everything that comes from Islam. The Jewish people started as 12 different tribes enslaved in Ancient Egypt thousands of years before the Islamic invaders came to the region. Israel is on the Mediterranean and the Jewish people had to deal with Greek and Roman invaders long before Islam was invented. The idea that Jewish people converted on mass in a land of antisemites like Russia is insane. Jewish people are genetically distinct from any other race in Eastern or western Europe. The only difference between sephardi and misrachi Jews vs Ashkenazi is where they settled after being exiled from Israel by the Romans. Sephardic jews settled in Spain. Ashkenazi in European countries and Misrahi in Arab countries. There was no Arab presence in Israel or Egypt etc until the Islamic invaders arrived. The idea that you know what people looked like back then is silly. Most of the Arabs near Israel were brought there in the 1920's by the Ottoman empire for cheap labor.
@naeemahmed52362 ай бұрын
@@Zebra66 As fantastical as this sounds, there was once a Jewish kingdom in Central Europe. The names of the Kings of Khazaria together with their period of reign are enshrined in history. The Khazar jews did NOT exit Egypt and roam the desert for forty years. They are NOT the Israelites of the Book of Genesis. They are NOT the Bani Israel of the Holy Quran. The fact you follow the tenets and traditions of Judaism does not change your genetic makeup one iota, you are simply jewish -a self-styled term used by European jews to project a Biblical identity. Historical and scientific evidence only confirms what is in plain sight, and that is Ashkenazi jews are a Central European people (en masse), and NOT Middle Eastern.

On the night Kamala loses if everyone across the country started singing NA,NA,NA,NA,...NA,NA,NA,NA, hey, hey, ey, GOOD-BYE!!!! Like literally if we could make this happen and get people to post clips of this in their neighborhoods of everyone singing that on NOVEMBER 6TH, that would be so epic!!!!! LET'S MAKE THIS HAPPEN!!!!

Its always a pleasure listening to Ben at these events. He has such a great capacity to formulate an intelligent and convincing response to some odd questions. It seems like he is doing far fewer Q&A's at colleges than he used to. He seems bored here. I wonder if that's why.

If a mother (or a mother and father) want to abort their unborn child, there is no way to stop them. Abortion is not a matter of law; it is a matter of moral conscience. Those who abort an unborn child (including the medical personnel) will one day be held accountable to God, and I leave it to Him to be more just than I ever could be.

@@LiamHalla-cu9wfFundamental misunderstanding of what god is or does, not every little thing is the work of god, the bible ways time snd unforseen occurrence befall us all, there are just accidents, things that happen. While a lot of people believe it there isnt a specific teaching in the bible that outlines precisely that god causes every bad thing that happens to us, as part of his plan or a test, etc.

Shalom, Ben, wish you had been around when I went to College❣️ I would have made different decisions that shaped my life. Many of us who are not in Our 60’s, had parents who for one reason or another, never instructed us about investing and other ideas or growing money. I am not naturally a Math person and though my Father taught me critical thinking and how to look at multiple outcomes, I was never interested in anything other than basic math. As I’ve gained age and life experience, I find myself interested in how investing works and the different ways to grow money, still don’t like numbers but investments are in I’m a Historian, Political Systems, big on Art as a balance. But clearly no matter what you decide to major in in College, we should always try rounding out those out with the things that perhaps we aren’t so excited about! Would have loved a Critical thinker like you back then!

Boycotts are different to cancellations. A boycott is you encouraging people not to buy your product. A cancellation is using leverage to stop someone else who wants to buy your product from doing so. A wants to hear B speak. C uses leverage to stop A from hearing B speak. Convincing A not to hear B is a boycott.
