Somalia has expelled a senior Ethiopian diplomat, signalling worsening relations between the two neighbours. It's after Ethiopian Prime Minister Abiy Ahmed made a deal in January to develop a port in Somaliland. Concerns are rising that increasing tensions in the Horn of Africa could lead to conflict and impact global shipping. And in northern Kenya, a group of women has gained global recognition for their work in greening Mandera County.

Bit of exaggeration in your covering and analysis. Let's all be realistic, Somalia can't fight Ethiopia over the port deal simply because Somalia lacks the military capacity to wage a war. Somalia's leaders' security staff are foreigners, so predicting that they can mobilise capable army to go to war with a much stronger force is far-fetched. Somaliland has the final say whether that deal materialises or not. Somalia can make all the noise, but their efforts amount to nothing. Plus, there is more relevant news for you to cover in case you want to talk about the horn. Somaliland held a presidential election that has bolstered its relevance in the global stage.
