I'm a native of Los Angeles and let me tell you that Johnnie was a very intelligent attorney that knew both sides of the law, starting in the DA's office and then turned his excellent law acumen into becoming a public defender. Back then, he took on alot of high profile cases relating to the Black community. A caring, committed, focused, driven, compassionate, smart and family oriented man who truly believed in God.

A lawsuit is the best approach because it does not require Congress to vote on it, and they know it.
