@@Random-troy. Come on. Ugandan Doctors are the best. They have high demand even outside Uganda. Doctors are human beings who can make mistakes. The Ugandan Doctors in my view are of high quality. Except if ofcourse you have the expertise in which you have supervised them and found them to be wanting. Check South Africa, Australia etc

Well, in all the world university rankings I have ever seen, the University of Nairobi in Kenya has never been ranked among the top 200 in any ranking. Moreover, the University of Nairobi has never been ranked among the top 3 or 5 African universities either! On the other hand, no matter who is doing the ranking, Makerere University in Kampala, Uganda, has consistently been ranked in the top 200 world-ranked African universities, the top 3 or 5 African universities and the only non-South African university to be ranked that high; not for one or two years, but for years since such sub-Saharan African university rankings have been included. Therefore, it is obvious that Makerere University is second to none in east Africa and that anyone disregarding it is either misinformed, a propagandist or both.

Your got some of your points wrong, there is no African university that ranks top 200 in the world from Africa even the best African university found in cape town south Africa ranks number 234 world wide and when it comes to the whole Africa South Africa and Egypt have the best ranking universities. Makerere has always been ranked higher in EAC but UON currently ranks higher in some rankings though not all same to makerere but anyway both are great universities
