After discovering this egg recipe, I cook them almost every weekend for breakfast

A simple scrambled eggs recipe that has become my go-to for any weekend morning treat.
Recipe and ingredients:
Beat 2 eggs in a bowl
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Chop 10 g spring onions
Mix well
Pour olive oil into a frying pan
Pour the egg mixture into the pan
Cook for 3-5 minutes
divide into 8 parts
2 tbsp. l. all-purpose flour
50 ml water
Mix well
¼ cup breadcrumbs
Vegetable fat
Dip a slice of egg into the mixture
Then roll in breadcrumbs
Fry for 3 minutes over medium heat
Turn over and cook for another 2 minutes
Ready!
Super crispy, like chips.

GROAZNIC! Prăjit de două ori !!! Și în cantitate mare de ulei ! Care este rostul și sensul logic și dietetic al acestui produs ?;?... Oameni buni, pastrati- vă sănătatea, vasele de sânge, ficatul , colonul ,protejandu- vă de asemenea fel de mâncare hiperprocesată. Mai degrabă îți gătești două " ochiuri" sau doua oua fierte moi.
