How I miss this show especially at this point in time. Both Susan and Sarah were absolutely amazing in these scenes together! I was the same age as Sarah was at this point 16. And watching this definitely kept me hooked on this show. Plus, now that I remember at the time I had the same type of shirt/blouse that Sarah wore in this scene lol ahhh... the 90's and the wardrobe lol

Kendall was Erica years ago High drama but as years went on Erica showed more layers like mommy Mona. You can steal scenes with understated acting. Watch Mona or mrs Martin. Watch Lucci in a supporting role like in devious maids where she did not play the bad girlfriend. She is a great actress. SmG is good. But together they are the best

She and Susan Lucci both worked with Wes Craven- Susan in 1984 with "Invitation To Hell", Sarah in 1997 with "Scream 2". Young SMG almost looks like young Susan Lucci. Great casting!

I never understood why Kendall was so pissed about Erica putting her up adoption. It didn't take a math degree to look at her birthdate and Erica's and figure out that she was only 14 when Kendall was born. Did Kendall really expect Erica to raise a baby at 14??

I never understood it, either, especially after Erica explained the circumstances. Kendall came in on the attack from the beginning. It’s a miracle they became as close as they did.

Meredith because she didn’t know she was the product of rape. She just assumed Erica didn’t want her. She thought, “oh she had unsafe sex and got pregnant and didn’t want me and look she has Bianca and kept her but not me?!” That made her VERY angry.

Whitney Davis after the circumstances later on Kendall wanted to find her birth father because she didn’t or couldn’t believe Erica was telling the truth. She thought Erica was trying to save face being a celebrity. Then Erica gave her an ultimatum “u contact him and we are through”. Some of it may have been denial on Kendall’s part. Who wants to be the product of rape? Then Erica tells Kendall she was sorry and tried to but just couldn’t love her because every time she looked at Kendall, all she saw was the man who raped her. Then sees her treating Bianca like a little princess. It made Kendall very jealous and resentful. She just wanted to be loved and wanted and she wasn’t and it made her bitter and want revenge. She wanted Erica to pay.

I never understood it either even after Kendall finds out how bad Erica's rape was she still wants to destroy her and it's not like she was in foster care until she was 18 and suffered because of it or like she was adopted by a horrible evil people if she was adopted by two parents who love her

I'm still somewhat miffed she kept her children after me, considering she had the next 1 about only a year after she gave me up & went on to have 4 or 5 in total. She never tried to find me. But, it is what it is. I just had to except that her only purpose in my life was to serve as the vessel 🤰🏿 to get me here & nothing else. Maybe I needed her genetics 🧬 & energy signature to go through whatever I have to go through in this life; maybe the experience was more for her than me. It'll probably 4ever remain a mystery.

Binks treated Erica badly too, after all that Erica did, Bianca was convinced that Erica loved to look for the bad in her when that wasn't true at all. She's so spoiled. Kendall has more of a right to lash out than Binks does.

Check out clips from Swan Crossing and Beverly Hills Family Robinson. Sarah was able to spew venomous words before she was cast on this show. She just doesn't hold back. I remember being somewhat unsettled when she was cast opposite Lucci because I knew she would be too intense. But she won an Emmy. Im glad 'Buffy' saved her from typecasting.

she didn't see it that way. she saw a woman who was famous, rich and had a daughter, bianca whom she adored. she knew she was her first born but felt unloved, unwanted and like there was something wrong with her. fyi, my sister had her first child at 15, preg at 14 and kept him. raised him along with 4 other siblings that followed. they live a really good life!

It was also Mona’s decision to put Kendall up for adoption. After the trauma of being raped, Mona didn’t think Erica would be able to handle being a mother.

Like Erica would insult Brooke or Gloria then those two would find out what Kendall did to Erica and they’d hate her for it. It was like the whole show coddled Erica. Does that make any sense? I mean don’t get me wrong I love Erica Kane but in 93-95 Kendall was my favorite character and I hated how everyone treated her. Kendall remained my favorite when she was recasted in 2002 all the way to the shows ending.

Susan and Sarah are excellent actors. Susan showed she had range in her acting and character. Sarah had the traditional Erica role. Together they were magic. Great chemistry. Brie Larson, this is the type of acting I want to see when you’re trying to act your way out of a wet paper bag as if you’re life depended on it. This is one of the reasons why an Emmy Award winner is better than you when it comes to acting. Sarah Michelle Gellar is a better actress than you the same way Buffy Summers is a better superhero than Captain Marvel. Your performances in Short Term 12, Room, and The Glass Castle are pretty good, but can they transition over to acting in a soap opera?
