Im guilty myself of keeping things to myself when i had others around me who were willing to help but was too stuck in my ways to ask for it. Ive lost 3 friends i served with to suicide since ive been out in 2019 and it really wakes you up to the fact its okay and not weak to reach out to people you trust for support or at least a talk. Keven, you have a right to provide a living for yourself and family, and your communities. These lawncare videos fun to watch because I’m homebound, in bed from back injuries while working as a nurse for 37 yrs. I can’t do yard work, can’t take a walk, can’t enjoy being outside and I live in beautiful WASHINGTON STATE. please refrain from from being political, it doesn’t serve you and people are just too triggered by it. I don’t care how people feel about their President or which party they follow. My own son are completely at odds about Trump, I hate him, he loves him. We tru to stay off the subject to maintain a relationship. It’s a shame family members are so divided, but it for sure started with a divisive man. Your religion is your core value and I praise you for using it appropriately. Keep up the good work Kevin. Kevin, we all go through seasons. It's important to remember (which it sound like you do) that KZbin is not your ministry. You never quit your ministry. You called to help people, and to display the love of Jesus to a hurting world. I commend you for not quitting pouring out His character even when you were hurting. Instead you trusted Him to take care of you while you remainded on mission. I love to watch what you do, but even if you never made another video, you can still accomplish the mission because the Lord who sees in secret will reward you. You are an inspiration. Remain uncomprimising and treating people with respect and compassion. That's the character of Jesus. If you ever come to New Orleans, I'd love to shake your hand and pray with you. You are a light on this platform. Your success is not determined by the almighty algorithm but by the God you serve. I pray you are blessed beyond anything you can ask or think.

Kevin, this was gratefully received, thankyou 😊. I'm so sorry you are still going through that nasty incident. Not sure it's depression or perhaps post-trauma stress actually. You care about people and that was a hard day to cope with! Normally I don't recommend this, but perhaps you tell your doctor what you've been going through? Sometimes, if you replay a scene over and over and over, not in your head but watching the video, it may help to desensitize the relayed shock you got when you had to deal with it. Whatever you feel the need to do, just do it, as you have a lot of stressors re family at the moment too, that you need to cope with. My prayers are with you brother, you are one of God's special humans and He will be well pleased with you. God bless ❤❤

We never go off course from destiny. If you think about it, it’s not possible. Destiny isn’t a straight road. It’s not even one road. As you were told at the end of the video, turn left to continue with your destination. Glad the clouds broke for you. We all face some dark trials and paralyzing times. Seeing death first hand takes its toll on us. It never escapes our thoughts. Also, for many reasons we just feel a loss of purpose and have to reset or change focus even if it’s just temporary. Sometimes we’re just burnt out. Other times we’re just over some things that require permanent change. No destiny is without its, bumps, bruises and setbacks. You have one of the most unique channels on KZbin that delivers first hand, unique experiences. I don’t catch every video, but I greatly enjoy the ones I see. Keep being you. I just recently found your channel, but I have been watching it a lot. I have 2 neighbors who have done for me what you have done for so many. I live in FL and the heat is tough, I only had a push mower and as an older person, it was really difficult to get out there and my yard these last couple of summers was the worst in my area. I would look out and my lawn was being cut. One of those neighbors just blessed me with a riding mower. I got sick and have not yet gotten to have a lesson to use it. I still have a section that needs to be mowed down. Just know I for one agree that you are blessing people, you are a humble person. If the religion or self-help gets to be too much, I just mute it and continue watching you do what you do. Just know haters will be haters, but it is free when you do it just because you see a need and you fix it and refuse any money even when offered. I do try to give my neighbor a few dollars for gas when he cuts my yard, but he has never expected it, and sometimes I have no money to offer. Please keep going.

❤🎉 Great to see you back. I missed your content. You inspired me so much since you started this channel. Sorry you went through the funk, although glad you made it through. Ppl don't realize how important it is to take time for mental health.

Well Kevin. I got hooked watching SB mowing and him peeling up the overgrown grass like he always manages to find. I’ve done that on jobs. I checked a couple channels after that. Yours and Al Bladez. While watching you do whatever I think pressure washing. Anyway you went and bought that dog and took it home. That’s something I try to believe I would do. I know take the pup home. I have had several kittens that didn’t have homes. Sadly my neighbors have had mean dogs that hurt my kittens. I only have two left and one is from after the dog pack. But I keep them in my garage now. I haven’t had to say goodbye to any kittens since then.

Life can be tough at times. Talking it through is the best therapy. You're a good, kind, faithful, loving (and a little wacky at times) man. Keep following your heart. Love you! Hang in there and so happy to see you back!

I just found your channel and I'm really enjoying the voice over. And since you're a religious man I thought I would share a quote with you because you are actually speaking about this exact idea in this video and I just love finding people like you in the world ❤ “You have the right to work, but for the work's sake only. You have no right to the fruits of work. Desire for the fruits of work must never be your motive in working. Perform every action with your heart fixed on God. Renounce attachment to the fruits. Be even-tempered in success and failure." You personify this quote Kevin and I'm glad I have the honor to be a member of your audience 👍

Kevin, I enjoy listening to your talks. I have a mantr that I started saying many, many years ago. "Don't should on me", basically I got tired of people telling me what I should and shouldn't do. It is my life, not anyone elses. I don't tell others what I think they should do, I will suggest things and tell them to follow their hearts. I am sorry to hear the gentleman passed, but you made his final days a little more enjoyable and that is wonderful. Thank you from another "elderly" person. Glad you are in a better state of mind. I watched the video where you found the person...... it was a hard day for you.

Kevin, I'm glad you're doing "talkies" again. 😂. I started watching your channel because as a PK, my dad had me mowing all the neighbor ladies lawns. (well until it interfered with my friend time at the swimming pool. I cut lawns in my bathing suit and stopped traffic. 😂. I still had to cut the lawns, but he changed clothes, helped, defended me, and the neighbor ladies giggled). But the main reason was your talks, the inspirational folks you share, your humor (which I totally get), and your heart. I'm glad you took the time you needed. Its one of the healthiest thing we can do for ourselves. But I sure do hope you continue "the talkies". I've been going through my own dark night of the soul. Not concerning stuff, just reevaluating a lot,...and here you are helping me move through it while you tackle lawns. Thank you! You don't know how welcome it was to find this video today.

P.S. The best marriage counsel my dad ever gave was when he'd ask each of them (separately of course), "Son, do you like her?". Well naturally the fella would say, " Preacher, I love her.". He'd asnwer, "That's not what I asked. Love throughout the years has a lot of different faces throughout life and there are always things that come along to challenge that love. But if you genuinely LIKE her, you can get through those hard knocks." Course he had several people who decided not to marry after that counseling, which was probably a good thing in the big scheme of things. So something I've observed is that you and Rachel genuinely like one another. Same with your folks. Ultimately that, and God, will see you through danged near anything. ❤

Kevin I have watched you for a while now. I remember that incident when your wife stopped by to see you and even mowed for a minute. I’m sorry you were the one to find that person, but grateful they were found when they were. I’m glad you’re back, I really enjoy your channel. It’s also fun watching you work with your dad. Thank you for helping so many people while giving us entertainment. You’re a great asset to you tube and the world. I hope you and your family are well.

I'm sorry you were so disturbed with your finding someone the way you did. Everyone handles it differently, and talking with someone might be needed. I'm glad you're back on your channel.

I enjoy your videos whether it’s a good lawn mowing episode with your dad & colabs with your KZbin buddies. You are a great person & don’t ever let people get you down. Sometimes you get in a funk I know I do about work & family things but you can always work it out! You just need time to think & recollect on life! Keep going do what makes you feel good! Are you ever going to mow with your brother again? You guys used to have fun! How’s your sister in law is she any better? I always wonder how she’s been. I pray 🙏 for you & your family every day life is tough sometimes but keep hanging in there! A fan forever!

It was heart warming to hear your story. So few are so honest and straight forward with others. I really enjoyed it. Thank you for sharing. Also it was so kind of you to do what you did for this gentleman. You are a blessing to others. The property looks great.

You're not alone, Kevin. From great struggle comes enlightenment and reward. I think you're still the best at what you do. Consider that you have encouraged ppl to talk, have an opinion, and evolve in their own way. You are a teacher, a scholar, and a gentleman. Keep up the good fight! You got me through covid. For that, I am truly grateful!

So, I've already seen this video, I found it in the Easter egg hunt hidden in the comments way back when. Loved it then. But I know th voice over you do here, so I was happy to watch it again. I am so sadden to hear he passed away. But so happy you were able to help him the way you did. I'm positive it made his last year, a much better one. ❤❤ I'm happy to hear you are ready to open up on this channel. It was your original baby after all. I know from past vids and comments on the boring channel, why you had gone Mia on this channel, and as someone who struggles with depression, anxiety and ADHD, I completely understood. Those who are blessed enough to not struggle with mental health, will never understand, and will always leave negative comments. If you can remember, their comment is coming from a lack of experience in the matter, it will help not take them to heart. I took am in the public eye for my job. Dealing with "haters" trolls etc is part of my daily life. It's hard to remember those things sometimes, but all you can do is try. After all, we are only human. Just want to say, you and your wife and family are the cutest! You Truly are living the life, most only dream of. ❤
