Your videos are amazing. I needed a video for a tight calf muscle. I sprained my right ankle, which is now better, but I think it caused my left calf muscle to become tight after running. Your videos are the only videos that (1) have very dynamic stretches!! (2) always do both sides equally, and (3) show you exactly in real time how long to do each exercise, rather than say "Go and do that for 1 minute" and then cut away.

This is great, first time I've done this exercise it's really effective and very interesting to learn the names of the different muscles in the calf and what they do. Thank you will definitely use this exercise regularly.

I literally don’t know if I’m not steching my calves correctly. But I just run 20k this Sunday it was great then Monday hit 4k then did leg day and today I couldn’t barely run. My calves itch so much
