Even if you are applying for your wife and children, they are the Applicants so adults over 18 must sign Part 1 Consent Form. Part 2 is if you have joint accounts i.e bank accounts or bills. Part 3 only applies if you have a financial sponsor, i.e. third party sponsor. If this doesn't apply then no need to sign. If children are under 18, a parent must sign on behalf of the child.

Yes, you will need to get your parents (if they are the one paying for your fees) to sign the form. This can be a pdf document. If you have a joint account with your parents, then they need to sign part 2, if not then they need to sign part 3.

Part only applies if you have a joint account with anyone and you are submitting the documents with the joint account holder. That joint account holder must sign this part 2 declaration. Part 3 applies if you are submitting documents that belongs to another person, for example your guardian. Then that guardian must sign part 3.

There are no available slots at present. You need to keep checking for open dates. Try at midnight or early morning to see if you can find available slots.

Hello there I’m applying for spouse visa. I just paid for the IHS fee and didn’t pay for the application fee as I’ve chosen to pay at the centre here In Morocco, I have all documents with me and they are already in Pdf A4 format, can you please tell what I have to do next ? Do I need to upload the payment receipt for the application fee when I have to go to Tls ? Also can I have more time to upload more documents after my biometric appointment? Thank you so much dear

I don't think you can book your appointment unless you have paid your application fees. You will need to upload all documents before your biometrics. You won't be able to upload after the appointment.

They gave me two choices after I paid IHS Paying Online Paying at the center I chose payment at the center so now I have to take biometrics appointment and pay for the app fee, maybe this option exists here in Morocco, thank you so much for your sufficient informations 🙏

Hi this is urgent as I have to give my application this week as it’ll be 4 weeks. I just wanted to know if my children are over 18 but we all live together do I put them under dependent child (even though they are over 18 and working/ education) or do I do separate applications for them? This is for a fee waiver in the 10 year leave to remain route. Please let me ASAP would really appreciate it thank you ❤️

If they are over 18 then they need to apply separately for their visas and fee waiver.

You can't edit but you can write a letter explaining the errors in your application. Submit the letter with your documents.
