Thanks Trevor, well said! I'm 60 still love training hard but definitely soft compared to my father who was a red beret in WWII who dropped at Arnhem in the biggest airborne bungle ever, and he would say he had it easy as my grandfather was a stretcher bearer on the Somme in WWI. I've represented at the Olympics in Bobsleigh and mentally preparing on hell tracks like Sarajevo and Altenburg I'd remember that my father jumped out of a plane in the 1940's into enemy territory at night so get some perspective LOL! I'm not sure who made this up but it's unique and very apt: If it is to be it is up to me.
