@kaylacooleybodine71384 жыл бұрын
Precious I too have spider veins ( well, leaky capillaries ) on my cheeks. They look worse when I let my skin look ruddy do to slacking on my skincare routine OR lack there of. 3 reasons I know we get them ( 3 reasons I got them anyhow) are : 1.) lack of SPF - Especially when being outside & in the vehicle a lot...”Especially during Alabama Summer’s☄️🔥!” I love Farmacy’s Green Screen Mineral SPF30! 2.) Lack of a gentle but effective skincare routine with both manual & chemical exfoliation in rotation - *I have to say after 2 1/2 weeks of completely dipping out on my entire skincare routine ( To wallow in my own Bipolar & pity👍🏻 ). I looked BAD ruddy, dry, & awful. So I used a gentle chemical exfoliating wash & let it set on my face for a minute or 2, used some micellar water w/ a cotton pad, then the kicker was an amazing resurfacing mask by Tata Harper I applied ( left on full 20 mins ) & washed it off really well with a warm washcloth. Finished up w/ my normal serum, moisturizer, SPF & ta’da!!!* The redness & the ruddy look from the capillaries was gone by 1/2! I need to really get back to myself & my routine bc I would look & feel 100% better. 3.)STRESS ( & Hormones ) - stress will wreak havoc on ur body & especially your skin. Same with hormones - I was slang-shot into menopause overnight during a surgery to remove a softball sized cyst. They realized my 4/5+ years of saying I had Endometriosis was actually correct. Yay. Anyhow all these things tore through my body & skin. So being Stressed OUT badly & for a long period of time, having out-of-whack Hormones, not enough or lack there of SPF, not sticking to a good skincare routine that gently fights against ruddiness, etc will definitely do it. **Oh yeah, fair skinned ppl tend to get leaky capillaries more often & easier than others too. There is laser & it works, BUT if/when life happens on down the line they could come back. I would love to do laser again THEN stand on guard lol! Good luck with everything! xx

I also have been using darker foundations as a slight natural contour and then setting with a light bronzer...such a natural and beautiful look. I think no makeup makeup is here to stay...people want to look like themselves now and I love it.

Idk if it was bc she was in a hurry ( she was ) & forgot to let the wax cool for a cpl seconds before smearing it across my very sensitive lip. Either way I felt 89% better at best. I love this video. Your completely right about the spot concealing. I used to use Estée Lauder double wear all over but now I use a tinted moisturizer and I use the double wear to spot conceal and even under my eyes to just brighten. The good news is that even with something like double wear or full coverage foundations they are great for mixing with cream and creating your own tinted moisturizer. That way you don’t have to feel like your wasting an expensive product. Your beautiful. Thanks for the video!

How I got rid of my moderate acne (about 5 months): Morning routine - Cleanse on dry skin with cotton pad using Bioderma Micellar water, cleanse with Bioderma Créaline DS+ Gel Moussant, moisturize with Bioderma Atoderm _intensive_ Baume ultra soothing balm. Night time routine same as morning but before moisturizer The Ordinary Lactic Acid 10%. If you notice your skin barrier get dry stop the lactic acid for a few days. Let the lactic acid soak in about 15 minutes before applying moisturizer. This is what worked for me and where I live Bioderma is very cheap but Cerave is also a good option if that’s available to you, and a soapless moisturizing facewash. Make sure the micellar water of your choosing doesn’t have alcohol in it. There’s loads of skincare groups on Facebook and of course see your dermatologist. _Your results may vary!_
