The amethyst is cool, especially for a LS find, but the fractured agates just 🤯! Love the scoop! That’s exactly what I would want to do if I were there. I would pick a spot, sit there and go through it till I’m satisfied. I’m too near-sighted to be walking and stooping trying to spot something on the fly. You found some great rock rocks❤

About the rock with pyrite/gold in it. Pyrite is very reflective, so if you have the rock in the shade, and turn it, the pyrite won't shine at times. Gold on the other hand, will be visible no matter which way you turn it. My hobby is gold prospecting, so I see this all the time.
