A couple of things: 1) Agatha is a detective in the beginning because she's still locked in the spell of playing TV characters, and she's playing a 2020's female character like in "Mare of Easttown". 2) The song playing is Florence + the Machine's "Seven Devils", and Wanda had a group of enemies called Salem's Seven. I don't think that's a coincidence.

It's not literally Wanda's body because before she breakout of the spell it's just playing on her mind because she's still in the spell of the Wanda that made her make his character on wandavision

The angle I think they're going for is that since Wanda is "dead" from the events of Multiverse Of Madness, the spell should be gone now (which is what Aubrey Plaza's character is trying to tell Agatha). Maybe this series is set immediately after Multiverse Of Madness timewise.

Wanda's power is fueled by her deepest emotions and desires, and her magic works on autopilot. Agatha said it herself and we saw ourselves in the battle at Kamar Taj, where a shield automatically appeared to protect her from arrows at the same time as she attacked the sorcerers without her having to cast it. At the end of Multiverse of Madness, we can clearly see a flash of red energy as the rubble falls on her. The film ends with her extremely guilty, desperate and heartbroken, she saw no other way out but to sacrifice her own life. But I don't think she really wanted to die but rather to find peace. That's why I don't believe she's really dead, or at least not in the traditional way. It is a parallel with the Children's Crusade, where it is revealed that her final spell in House of M left her with no memories in Latveria and gave her a new beginning. My guess is she was saved by the very powers that took her to the Witches' Road to recover. Her body is being healed and cleansed of the Darkhold's influence while they have to find her soul, which may be with Mephisto. Maybe there is a corrupted version of Wanda's consciousness, that could be what we see in the trailer in the scene with the tree.

The different title changes were a deliberate play on different era tv shows like wanda vision. Agatha starts as a detective, in a play on mare of easttown. Darkhold diaries is a play on princess diaries, another is a play on american horror story coven, and another on the chronicles of narnia. Thats why when she breaks the spell, she goes back in time through the wanda vision tv shows and ends on the 60s black and white tv look. All the title changes were just a nod to wanda vision.

The show looks interesting. I think you’re a bit too Disney pilled to say this was the marketing strategy since day one. They definitely pivoted towards that around after Coven of Chaos but the first 2 title changes were definitely because of Marvel slowing down and quality checking every project post restructuring. Examples include (Daredevil, This, New Cap Movie)

Look at that tag again, that’s not a morgue tag, it’s more like what they use in a library to check books out. Morgue tags have way more info on them. The body is bare foot and wearing clothes similar to the multiverse version of Wanda, her fingers are blackened, Darkhold blackened. If it is her, where are her kids? Everyone is saying that’s one of Wanda’s kids, the magic using one, Wiccan but he’s credited as Agatha’s familiar by a different name. He seems gay and Wiccan is gay, I don’t know if this is misdirection or he will end up being one of the two sons but if he is, where is his brother? I have really high hopes for this and I really want Marvel to do like a creature feature show that showcases a different part of the dark side of marvel. I need the Midnight Sons, more Moon Knight, Belasco, Dracula, Santana, real deep cuts.
