Hi kana quick question. Do you workout ever day?? Thank you 🙏

hopefully this answers your question....it's only been about 9 months since i started strength training, so i'm still trying to work out what works best myself. i'm definitely not an expert, but my recommendation is to experiment with different workout: 1. frequency 2. rep ranges 3. light/heavy weight ranges 4. exercises i.e., kinda cliche, but listen to your body. everyone's body reacts differently to different training regimens. it will definitely take longer for you to figure all that out, but another big positive of that approach is you're more likely to end up with a workout program you enjoy, which makes it easier to stick with it over the long haul. with that said, i cycle my workouts depending how my body feels. for example, went 32 days in a row lifting (light) weights in July, and plan to do that in the future. (maybe 1-3 times a year) cycling your workouts reduces boredom, and also keeps your body guessing my "normal" schedule is lifting 3-4 times a week. on "off" / non-lifting days I try and get in 45-90 minutes of walking along with non-weighted mobility exercises. (do **something** every day) hopefully that makes sense. how are your workouts coming along?

@@kana_koro00 I really like the sound of lifting everything day for a month with lightweight. I think I'll give this a try. I work away for home every 21 day . But when I'm home train judo two days of the week do bodyweight exercise in the morning judo evening. And try to get two days kettlebell circuit. And lots of walking need get more mobility work in to. I'm just try to figure a lot of this out myself. But I do like your overall approach. Thank you Kana. 🙏
