They have added the old Orc and Goblin Warscrolls to either Orruk Warclans or Gloomspite Gitz in FAQ for Warhammer Legends: Grand Alliance Destruction. So you can take the old Orc units in a Big Waaagh! as well as taking old Goblin units as Allies.

first visit to the channel - and I REALLY liked the quick and dirty "likes and dislikes' breakdown of the book - can't WAIT to see the full video breakdown - hopefully you'll do it as 4 videos, so for each faction - where you: - Breakdown the rules (we don't need a warscroll by warscroll readout! Those are always so lame, I'd just love to see a review where someone talks about their thoughts on a warscroll usefulness - Kind of bring it all together and comment on what you may consider key units/tactics for the various sub-factions - Perhaps give a sample list(s) - Review the book at the end with regards to the grand strategy and secondary missions from the big rule book, and the battle tome. and your thoughts on what types of builds may work well for the book That's a LOT of breakdown - but no one really does it, and I'd follow you to the ends of the Earth lol

Haha glad to hear you’ve found my channel 🙂 and you are enjoying it so far! Yeah exactly for this video I wanted to be quick and honest. When it comes to my long in depth reviews. I do go through all the rules of the Battletome, including the warscrolls. However I don’t just do “man reads book”. I instead talk about my thoughts on the rules and why I think they are good or bad etc. They are 100% honest reviews and covers everything in the Battletome. They are also the longest most in depth reviews on KZbin where each army gets 10-20+ hours worth of videos, leaving no stone unturned. Big fan of the channel, gutted to see kragnos not get a ward save though, waay to risky a gamble, the literal God of destruction shouldn't be a glass cannon. I do love the look of the kruelboyz though. Thanks for the effort!

I think he's more durable than you may think, even without a ward save. That being said, he is likely a bit expensive for his points and what he does.

And the literal God of Death Nagash can roll snake eyes on his first cast thus not being able to use his remaining 7 casts. Also I like how some orc leaders can now share command abilities to multiple units using one command point, they make better leaders than the supposedly military organized Ossiarchs.

Bonesplitterz changes were odd. I think Kragnos is fine as is (warscroll wise) and perhaps just needs a points adjustment. Some more synergy between the different Warclans would be nice. The Sloggoth is pretty nice! Not to mention, some kind of coalition rule so that you can still say go Kruleboyz but take Ironjawz or vice versa. While I don't like how things were removed, overall, I think the Iron Jawz came out okay. They are still pretty strong. Brutes are amazing! Also, their starter set is a great value for what you get. 2 of those, a shaman, some brutes, and a boss and you nearly have a 2000 point army for very cheap compared to the average. Kruleboyz are interesting but I think some of their units are potentially undercosted for what they do. That ballista is rather strong! The swampboss, sloggoth, the vulcha shaman, and bolt boyz are also pretty good. And that Breakaboss is a beat stick!

Hey Milo, glad you enjoy the channel 🙂 with this review and the same with the Stormcast one that will be out soon. This is just a quick overview review of the changes with the new Battletomes in a quick and simple like and dislike format. This is because my style of reviewing armies and Battletomes is long and in depth. As you can see in my series on Nighthaunt, Maggotkin of Nurgle, Gloomspite Gitz, Slaves to Darkness, Flesh Eater Courts, Beasts of Chaos, Ossiarch Bonereapers etc and currently Soulblight Gravelords. Each series is between 10-20+ hours long, which means I can’t do that for every Battletomes upon realease. Also as there are loads of KZbinrs who have done a review of these Battletomes most of them have same format. So this like and dislike style offers something different to my subscribers 🙂 long explanation but I wanted to tell you my reason for why I didn’t just read the book.

You know it sucks that they dont send you copies of products for simple reason that you have over 6k subs and have been promoting AOS purley out of love love for the game for a long time now..... That does not sit well with me. If I was on their team you would have every copy of AOS material I could legally send you. On the other hand your reviews are pure and even if they start sending you products I would think you would be as honest and true to your review as you are now. Gutted that Kragnos has no ward, he's just too squishy for his points cost and I don't feel he buffs the orks enough

@@AgeofNagash very true, at least he didn't get the bonesplitterz treatment 😂 I think it should be a new bonesplitterz treatment = to desperately need help only to get beaten with a nerf bat until you make Gloomspite gitz look OP

Given his base 2+ armor save and near invulnerability to spells, I think his warscroll is fine. He also has insane damage potential, and he even causes damage if he is damaged. He is perhaps a tad over-priced at the moment, but I think his war scroll is fine as is. With that armor save + save stacking and his near immunity to spells, he has to have a weakness somewhere given his sheer damage potential --- in this case it's non-spell-based mortal wounds. The Orruks aren't without a way to heal him. Take a priest w/ Heal. He isn't immune to healing, unlike Morathi, if I recall.

After playing Bonesplitters several times I'm not sure they for nerfed. The exploding 6s, mortal wounds, and 4+ army wide Ward were solid.
