Hi sis :) I am planning to study certificate III in aged care and certificate iv and work as aged care worker. Are these 2 courses a pathway to registered nursing? As I come from non-healthcare background, i plan to work as aged care worker first and I want to bring my 7 yo son with me. Is it hard to juggle between working as an aged care worker and taking care of school aged kid? Is the working time able to accomodate school hours? Appreciate your inputs on this matters sis :)

Yeah that is a good plan . Cert 3 you can do it for one year and study only once a week
