I'm doing a 42 day dry aged rib roast sans bones for Christmas dinner. At what temp did you cook yours? I'd like it a little crusty, but am nervous about going to high with dry aged beef. Great video!

I can tell you straight up that he was supposed to oil it before he salt and peppered it.

These videos are really great... just a bit too long you cud have it all edited and cut down to 4 minutes, instead of saying what he’s gonna do and then showing him doing it, you could do that all together talking and doing it. Watch like Ramsey recipes they’re very entertaining and just edited a lot shorter , tighter
