I did get most of my inspiration from agent, I did first educate myself on what I was doing and how to do it, I listened to my body, in regards to what worked and what didn’t, and OMAD (one meal a day) plus the carnivore diet is what works for me, I started fasting in august 2020 and as of today December 17 I lost 40 pounds, it’s such a blessing and I appreciate you agent for all the tips and advice you have in all you videos on the matter at hand! Exactly, that’s why Keto doesn’t even make sense, cause carbs only have 4 calories per gram whereas fat has 9 cals per gram. So if you really want to lose weight then u should reduce fat intake and eat carbs and protein.
