The place is amazing! Perfect location, beautiful views, and it’s in a region where property values tend to hold strong. Wouldn't mind adding something like that to my portfolio, but it does make me wonder-how do you even start with an investment like that?

The north side of this lake is where Hannibal Barca defeated the Roman legions in 217 BC. This was one of the largest single defeats in the history of the Roman army. Flaminius lost 5 legions here (roughly 25,000 men). His foolishness led to the dictatorship being thrust on Fabius Maximus by the senate. His tactics (small hit and run raids on supply columns etc AKA the Fabian strategy) were one of the reasons Hannibal would have discounted the thought to move on Rome (along with a lack of troop/equiptment/food resuplies) stopping the huge defeats that the Roman army were suffering to the great commander of the Carthaginian forces. So when we talk about places having history this has it in abundance. Very few places on earth can boast such an amazingly important history. The villa and view are sublime also. I just find the history of this specific area so very special, and stunningly beautiful.

Before I looked at your website I thought the price would be about $1.2 million. I guess they are looking to recoup their cost plus renovation and then some. Very nice property.

Ricordo precisamente la zona,erano terreni lottizzati messi in vendita,acquistai circa 20 anni fa il terreno su cui è stata edificata questa villa,lo rivendetti subito ad un costruttore di lisciano .❤in quella zona ci sn molte ville acquistate da perugini e romani.
