Just to note : This guy was in charge of a running motor vehicle and used his phone which is illegal under current law. Thats 6 points and £200. In short, this guy is a criminal. After working with Lincat for many years offshore and in the oil industry , I hope the company managers are proud of this video. And what's to stop you standing on the "Public property" and zooming in? As a bus driver we get used to being photographed while we're driving,when I've been parked up & spotters have asked for a pic of the bus I always ask if they want me to move my jacket etc(usually a hi vis hanging in the cab) to make their pics a bit better,and I always make a point of staying out of their shot You don't need to be a numpty about it just get on with your own thing and let people get on with theirs.
