Crocker: What would an angry dictator say right now? Wanda: I'm gonna let the fairy go?! Crocket: NO! Good try though, i respect that, he'd say SILENCE. Then there's also Crocker saying "Ha, you missed!"and Timmy replying "Wasn't aiminig at ya".

I actually think this was one of the best things that ever came out of the franchise. It's a solid story. Pretty much everything that Fairly Odd Parents was all about pushed to the max. And I don't understand how it is "jarring" to have an opening song. That's not exactly unique. Most cartoon specials did that.

What I never understood was, when Jorgen changed the way fairies work after Bippy changed the world, shouldn’t Timmy lose his memory of Cosmo and Wanda? Since technically they aren’t his fairies anymore. I guess you could *kinda* say that Jorgen was letting it play out until it was absolutely necessary to do something but like……nah.

Crocker being able to cut the magic floss with a blast of magic is actually a plothole, because it's established early on that magic can't destroy magic items. If he snapped it with his hands that scene would have worked consistently.

@@AggressivelyAverage Since he's still biologically a 10-year old, he'd have much more neuroplasticity than an adult. This means that he both learns faster & learned content sticks with him better/for a longer time. This is why education is done with children, to give them fundamentals they can build on. It's also why brainwashing & indoctrination try to target children, because it'll stick with them and be very hard to undo. This means that Timmy's trickery is more deeply ingrained in him than other people. It also means that he would have the most in-depth experience from it, because he's got the childlike plasticity & decades of experience. If he spent all that time studying something or in combat, he would become a super genius.
@nickchavez720Ай бұрын
With the seemingly contradiction between outgrowing the fairies and losing them because they can't keep a secret I always saw it as a difference between what the rules are vs what happens in reality. Ideally, fairies stay with their kid until they out grow then and don't need them anymore. But unfortunately, most kids don't keep their fairies for long because they blow it and let the secret out. Timmy is one of the cases where he can keep them because he can keep his mouth shut.

Why's everyone characterize Timmy as super selfish? Timmy was never that selfish to begin with. Short-sighted yes, but not selfish. In fact the only times he is truly selfish is in the few episodes that makes him being selfish, and learning not to be selfish, the whole point of the episode. Otherwise there are way way more instances of Timmy either just being a short-sighted person wishing for fun or easy rewards, or he is literally wishing to help other people. He's given his fairies to someone else at least like 4 times.
