The employees are used to digital tools and outstanding services in their private lives, we need to do the same in HR. Yes! This summed it up for me.

I will be sharing this video with our team, hopefully they will spare some time to go through this excellent explainer. I am reading Natal and Riina's book at the moment, and I have to say, it is full of useful information. When I am confident that I have a through understanding of the subject matter, I have a plan to implement it in our team.

That's an interesting question, and we wonder why you wonder that. Did you try to find out who she is and what her background is? She has been in HR for 20 years soon (HRD, OD, L&D, HR Director, HR/IS & HRM, CHRO), working to redesign, innovate and modernise the profession ever since she started.
