Could you please be very kind and tell me what would happen to potency in case of using non competitive inhibitor? Is it since the green curve is on the right of the blue curve, as the desired effect goes up (y axis) the lesser potent the green curve gets?This was my first understanding, but I read in some other sources that potency = EC50 and non competitive dosen't change the potency.
