Agrio de naranja agria! Home made vinegar using bitter orange.
This is what frituras (fried food stands) use for all fried meats, flavorful, savory citrusy home made vinegar.
Ingredients
Bitter orange (orange, lemon and lime mixed or vinegar and 1/4water)
Garlic
Thyme
Oregano
Ajisito gustoso (scotch bonnet, chili or any pepper you like spicy or sweet)
You can add any whole spices you like. Black pepper, cumin seeds, allspice ext. You can also use any herb like cilantro, culantro tarragon ext….
Don’t add any salt for at least 2-3 days, if you add salt, it won’t ferment.

¡Agrio de naranja agria! Vinagre casero con naranja amarga.
Esto es lo que usan las frituras (puestos de comida frita) para todas las carnes fritas, un sabroso y sabroso vinagre casero cítrico.
Ingredientes
Naranja amarga (mezcla de naranja, limón y lima o vinagre y 1/4 de agua)
Ajo
Tomillo
Orégano
Ajisito gustoso (scotch bonnet, chili o cualquier pimiento que te guste picante o dulce)
Puedes agregar las especias enteras que quieras. Pimienta negra, semillas de comino, ext. de pimienta de Jamaica. También puedes usar cualquier hierba como cilantro, extracto de estragón de culantro….
No agregue sal durante al menos 2-3 días, si agrega sal, no fermentará

The sal stops it from fermenting. No vinegar the bitter orange turns into vinegar
