Try using ají amarillo (yellow pepper) paste instead of poblano, add gizzards & liver, you can use leftover rice too, add ginger! My dad owned a charcoal chicken place in Peru for 30 years or so. Aguadito was prepared every day, good for hangovers I think, well ...I saw a lot of drunk people eating that soup 😅

excellent job with the recipe im really glad to have stumbled upon this channel! if you make this a second time i would personally really recommend finding aji amarillo since it has a particular flavor that i find really ties everything together nicely--but otherwise!! this was really cool your art and cooking are both lovely
