Mridula Menon The Gwinnett County Police Department investigation into this homicide was “interrupted” and later, received specific INSTRUCTIONS BY THE D.A.’s Office, “NOT TO MAKE AN ARREST IN THIS CASE DUE TO “INSUFFICIENT EVIDENCE” TO INDICT.” At the TIME of this HEINOUS MURDER, Jackie Johnson was the District Attorney for this case, and SHE is currently under INDICTMENT for her ROLE in this obvious CONSPIRACY and COVERUP.

Well the cops on scene are not investigators or detectives. They even admitted to each other while body cams were recording that the story was confusing and they were deliberating with each other and trying to make sense of it. At the end of the day, arrest warrants for McMichaels and Bryan aren't up to the beat cops. It's up to the detectives and the DA/County Prosecutor.

Who does not have a self defense argument in this trial? Guess who; the victim!!! They're not gonna look at it from mr. Arbery's point of view? That's not equal? When was mr. Arbery checked on at the crime scene? Did anyone check his pulse? A lot of witnesses are irrelevant to the crime committed! Go back to the crime scene and before. Evidence should've been collected at the crime scene properly! It wasn't done! They coddled the killers! The cops on scene did! A man is lying on the pavement motionless and the killer has blood all over him and you don't gather evidence or even question the killers about the murder! But because he was black, these white people assumed he was a criminal stealing stuff even though nothing had even been taken from the premises. With Their racist minds they conjured up a scenario of a “possibly armed black thief fleeing the scene” requiring a chase , cornering , and armed confrontation. This story's title began saying Ahmaud Arbery trial, but he is not on trial. The ones on trial are Greg McMichael and Travis McMichael, along with Roddy Bryant. Therefore, the title of this story should have said something like the McMichaels and Bryant trial of the death of Ahmaud Arbery. What could be the reasons behind why the titles of all these different stories are saying it is Ahmaud Arbery's trail. I do not understand this, so if there are any reporters or writer/editors reading this, can you help me understand why the titles are saying that it is the victim's trial?

I’m not a reporter, but my guess is more people will recognize Mr. Arbery’s name than the defendants. Also, one name is more eye catching than three. Like the Rittenhouse trial. There, it was the opposite, one defendant whose name is more widely known than those killed.

@@Januaryschild thanks for your response, I can understand your reasoning, but I do not agree with it in total. You said using one person's name could be more easier recognized, this maybe true. But if the media put the defendants names in the titles and not the victim, then their names would have became more recognizable just as recognizable as Kyle. Kyle was the defendant in his trial unlike Ahmaud was the victim. The media put Kyle's name in the title, as he was the defendant, the same should had happened to the three defendants.

In Canada if gun owners leave handguns in a vehicle that are unattended and aren’t trigger locked and in a locked hard case and hidden from view; or left in an unsecured state in the home, (trigger locked/locked hard case or in a safe) are going to jail. Do not pass go, do not collect $200. Guess what? Most stolen guns from the US end up being smuggled across the border into Canada and sold to criminals/gangs. Then guess what? Law abiding Canadian firearm owners pay the price. If you own a firearm you need to be responsible enough to look after it. You wouldn’t leave your child unattended in a vehicle……oh wait…..you do leave your children unattended in vehicles. Stupid me.
