കേരളത്തിന് പുറത്ത് ഒരു National Institute of Technology ഇൽ പഠിച്ച ആളാണ് ഞാൻ... NIT, IIT എല്ലാം deemed സ്ഥാപനങ്ങൾ ആയത് കൊണ്ട്, ഒരു പ്രൊഫസർ ആയ ഇദ്ദേഹം പറയുന്ന പോലെ സ്റ്റുഡൻ്റ്സ് അവരുടെ academics നെ അത് ബാധിക്കുമെന്ന പേടി കാരണം തുറന്നു പറയില്ല. സർ name ആവർത്തിച്ച് ചോദിച്ച് ജാതി ഏതാണെന്ന് മനസിലാക്കുന്ന രീതി ഉണ്ട്. സര്ക്കാര് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങളിൽ പാടില്ലാത്തതായ മത ചടങ്ങുകൾ, NIT ഇൽ നടത്താറുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. അവിടെ നടക്കുന്ന പൂജകൾ ചെയ്യാൻ, ബ്രാഹ്മണരായ വിദ്യാർത്ഥികളെ തേടി നടക്കുന്ന അധ്യാപകർ അവിടെ ഉണ്ട്. ഒരു NIT യിൽ ഈ ഒരു അവസ്ഥ ആണെങ്കിൽ, ബാക്കി ഇന്ത്യയുടെ കാര്യം ആലോചിക്കാവുന്നതെയുള്ളൂ

ഈ ഡെസ്ക്രിമിനേഷൻ പുറത്ത് പറയാൻ ധൈര്യം കാണിക്കുന്നത് അഹിന്ദുക്കൾ മാത്രം ആണ്.. ഹിന്ദുകളെ മുഴുവൻ ബാല്യം മുതലേ അമ്പലത്തിൽ പോയി കുനിഞ്ഞു നിന്നു തൊഴാൻ പഠിപ്പികുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് ആരും മിണ്ടില്ല.. ഒരു 16 age വരെ ആൾക്കാരെ മതം പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് നിരോധിക്കണം.. അതിനു ശേഷം വേണ്ടവർ ഇഷ്ട്ടം ഉള്ള മതം തിരഞ്ഞെടുക്കട്ടെ.. ഈ രാജ്യ നന്നാവും..

@@anjalinn2367 who told you there is no brahmin reservation in IIT Madras. The reservation in IITM is for brahmins..Most of them are there just because they are brahmins.For your information IIT Madras is not following the reservation system for OBC,SC and ST. The RTI information is very much available in the public domain.IIT Madras has never filled the constitutionally reserved seats for any of the minority groups. But the number of brahmins during every intake will stand 50%. So can you tell me who is getting reservation here.

What this guy telling is absolutely true.Even in Middle East these guys are doing this😀. I am a personal victim of this . They cannot touch Muslims there so they will catch Christians and other low caste Hindus . One guy came in to our top management and he bought all these Iyer friends . They will manipulate anything . @@happysoul8147 എനിക്ക് അതാ പേടി നാളെ ഹിന്ദുക്കൾ ഇവിടെ ഉണ്ടാകുമോ എന്നാണ്. ഒരുപാട് forced conversions നടത്തുന്നു christians ജോലിയും food ഉം വാഗ്ദാനം ചെയ്തു. ഈ covid time ഒരുപാട് പേർക്ക് ജോലി ഇല്ലാതെ വന്നപ്പോൾ especially tamil nadu ഒക്കെ. ഇപ്പോൾ പാവം brahmins ആണ് minority. reservation ഇല്ല. പണം ഇല്ല ക്ഷേത്രത്തിൽ നിന്നും കിട്ടുന്ന തുച്ഛമായ വരുമാനം മാത്രം

For context, Prof. Vipin did his PG in Europe as a recipient of the Erasmus Mundus postgraduate scholarship. He finished his PhD in Economics from George Mason University, USA and was a postdoctoral fellow at the Sorbonne University in Paris. He has written numerous research papers which have appeared in prestigious journals. His is a prime example where even with 'merit' and qualifications, you can be discriminated against based on caste. So pls do not make ignorant and insensitive comments questioning his 'merit.'

This is widespread in all these institutions of national importance...just because no one dares to go inside these places and check this will continue and will always continue. These institutions believe they are above everyone and no one can control them. Strong governmental or independent control should be exercised over these institutions since they are working on tax payers money. Most professors are paid for engaging in their hobbies rather than solving problems of national interest.

@@happysoul8147 ക്രിസ്ത്യൻ മാനേജ്‌മന്റ് മാത്രം അല്ല. ഈഴവ, നായർ , മുസ്ലിം മാനേജ്‌മന്റ് കോളേജുകളികും വ്യാപകമായി ഇത് നടക്കുന്നുണ്ട്. എല്ലാ മാനേജ്മെന്റ്കാരും ഇകാര്യത്തിൽ ഒറ്റക്കെട്ടാണ്

@@happysoul8147 As a Christian, I asked this question to management why only Christians are appointing in our colleges and their reply is like this., Christians do not have reservation so that is why they recruit Christian teachers and management is more comfortable with Christian teachers. Christian teacher never against their beliefs and their intentions . Same ideology people become friends , it is universal thing. Better govt have to conduct interview or setup new govt institutions. I am not follower any political party.

Why should public money be spent on Christian community feeling ? Bishops and congregations of kerala are themselves rich...so I don't see any poor Christian arguments at all..... മാറേണ്ടത് ഓരോ വ്യക്തികളുടെയും കാഴ്ചപ്പാടുകളാണ്. എങ്കിലേ എല്ലാവരെയും തുല്യരായി കാണാൻ സാധിക്കൂ. നിയമസംഹിതകളിൽ മാറ്റം വന്നാലും മാറേണ്ടത് അവനവൻ തന്നെയാണ്. കുട്ടികളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കുന്നവർ തന്നെ ഇത് തുടർന്നാൽ എങ്ങനെയാണ് ഇതിലോരു മാറ്റം സംഭവിക്കുക🤔

എനക്ക് സംശയം ജാതി അല്ല . മലയാളി ആയത് കൊണ്ടാന്നോ എന്തോ ? പൊതുവെ കുത്തി തിരുപ്പുകാർ ആണെന ശ്രുതി പുറത്ത് ഉണ്ട് . മൂന്ന് നാല് സംസ്ഥാനങ്ങളിൽ ജോലി ചെയ്ത സമയത്ത് , ഹോട്ടൽ പോലുള്ള പൊതു ഇടങ്ങിൽ ഇത്തരത്തിലുള്ള സംസാരം കേട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട് , സംശയ ദൃഷ്ടി ആന്നെ.

അടിമയായി ഓഛാനിച്ച് നിന്ന് ജീവിക്കാനാണ് ഭൂരിഭാഗം പേരും. അതുകൊണ്ടു് ബ്രാഹ്മണന്മാർക്കുംസവർണ്ണർ ചമഞ്ഞ് നടക്കുന്നവർക്കും എന്ത് തെമ്മാടിത്തരവും തുടർന്നുകൊണ്ടിരിക്കാം എന്നാണു് അവർ കരുതുന്നതു്. അവരെ എതിർത്ത് സംസാരിച്ചതു കൊണ്ടോ കേസ് കൊടുത്തു വിജയിച്ചതു കൊണ്ടോ നിലക്ക് നിർത്താൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്. കേസിന് പോയാൽ പോകുന്നവന് സാമ്പത്തികവും മാനസികവുമായ നഷ്ടം സംഭവിക്കും. ഒരു proverb -ൽ പറഞ്ഞ പോലെ തെറിക്കുത്തരം മേത്തരംപത്തൽ എന്നതാണ് അഭികാമ്യമായിട്ടുള്ളത് ഇത്തരം അനീതിക്കെതിരെ!

And avarde department ill most of them are SC - St's and got their by reservation (most of them) and these people has been delaying her promotion just because she is Nair.and ith mathram alla this auntie had to face many problems in her office because she is Nair caste. I myself is a obc, but I believe this that if we want respect and equal treatment from others please try to give some respect to them also, then only you will get it back.

When I was in UP there was an incident when we had to shift our stuff from the railway to the rental house. Those days it was the cycle rickshaw. There was a lot of heavy stuff. He asked for a fair price. We were ready to give it. But the houseowner slapped the puller saying his caste was not allowed to ask such high prices. Now when I see nookku kooli in our place I can't but compare the societal advancement kerala has made. Satyam paranjal it's not hindu muslim divide that is the biggest. Even the atrocities against the muslims in tbe north has a bit to do with caste as well. I don't see upper caste muslims being hacked to death. And India never allows any international organisation to even talk about this issue saying it's internal matter when it's actually systematic apartheid.

പറഞ്ഞിട്ടെന്താ കാര്യം രാജ്യത്തെ ഏറ്റവും ടോപ്പ് യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റി യിൽ പഠിക്കുന്നവർക്ക് പോലും നമ്മൾ എല്ലാരും മനുഷ്യരാണെന്നും evolution വച്ച് മനുഷ്യർ എല്ലാരും ഒരേ പൂർവികരിൽ നിന്നും ആണെന്നും മതത്തിനും ജാതിക്കും മുകളിൽ ആണ് മനുഷ്യത്താമെന്നും മനസ്സിലാക്കാതെ ജീവിക്കുന്നു... എന്നിട്ട് നമ്മുടെ സംസ്കാരത്തെ പൊക്കി പിടിച്ചു നടക്കുന്നു😑😑

@@jow1882 maybe certain cultures value education more than others .If you look at religions , christians run a lot of educational institutions and also get their people educated. So there are differences in cultures and their preferences.
