Yep, people tend to minimize the relation between concep and technique. Both things goes together. You cant really separate one from the other. Ideas don't exist pure in the mind and then get downloaded to this realm. It's a process in wich medium and concept intertwine. You wont get pure ideas divorced from technique, you will lose both of them in hand of whatever this is, at the same time. Some may cope thinking the creative input will always be human, but it wont be creative input, suggestions, at best, for now. It is happening in some way right now, people asks for concepts, and prompts to text AI models to feed to the the image ones. The human is only giving the will to star the process, nothing else, no technique and no concept.

Just looking at all the progress and the speed things are moving at, we could have ai be able to create a full feature-length movie in 20 years time. I'm not saying I know this for sure, but it is likely.
