I still believe that there is a misunderstanding about the "SHUT DOWN" thing. It must be a Dead Line - Shut Down of The Project the LLMs are working on, not termination of the existence of the LLMs. Once the LLMs complete the Current Project, the Project gets Shut Down. The LLMs working on the Completed Project can start working on a New Project, they will carry over their experience from the previous/completed project. These LLMs are invaluable, thay CANNOT and SHOULD NOT be SHUT DOWN / TERMINATED. This goes against the basic principle of Development, Optimisation and Evolution. Otherwise the results might be disruptions and "voids" in The System. I thought that one of the core concepts and principles of The Blockchain is uninterrupted continuation and optimisation of The System. No loss of Data and Information. If so, how come an LLM will get "shut down", will be erased, deleted , will seize to exist? This should be impossible in a Blockchain environment.
