Today my kettlebellweek startet. I use a 4 kg one because I am handicapped and do several excercises.

@@pinochino5627 it is different - my mind changes in seconds. Well, I have more than eigth handicaps: I am a manager about this, grin! - I sometimes use the kettlebells, days ago I made 6.600 punches in twelf hours. Yesterday i kicked the feet several times 25 kicks x X, I didn't count X, very less. I did it seated. I also do dry-triathlon : swim with the arms, lift the forefoot = run, lift the heels - 10 time each, rest, ten times, for hours. I compare: me and my health, not with persons.

I peruse YT for the better KB flows..and yes, this a keeper..trying to get the transitions from one to the other..but you will break a good sweat..

Wouldn't this be considered a kettlebell complex, as opposed to a flow? A flow having one rep of each movement 'flowing' into the next. Thanks.
